This is a remote position.
As Community Manager, you will manage the online presence of assigned TDC clients, engaging audiences, responding to enquiries, monitoring brand reputation, and turning community interactions into business opportunities. You will use AI tools responsibly to improve the speed and quality of your work, while keeping everything human, accurate, and on-brand.Key Responsibilities
Community Strategy
Develop and implement community growth and engagement strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Strategist.
Identify opportunities to grow community size and deepen audience engagement for each assigned client.
Community Engagement
Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews across client social media accounts.
Respond promptly and professionally in each client's brand voice.
Build genuine relationships with followers, customers, and prospects.
Escalate sensitive issues or reputation risks before taking any public-facing action.
Content Publishing
Schedule and publish curated content across assigned client accounts.
Optimise captions, hashtags, and posting times.
Ensure all content goes out accurately and on time.
Community Growth
Drive meaningful conversations and audience participation.
Support campaigns, events, and product launches.
Identify potential leads from online interactions and route them to the CRM or sales team.
Brand Reputation
Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment across all assigned accounts.
Report emerging issues or trends promptly.
Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice at all times.
Analytics and Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering engagement, growth, response time, and recommendations.
AI-Assisted Productivity
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to draft captions, generate response suggestions, summarise reports, and research trends. All AI-generated output must be reviewed and edited before publication.
Client Account Structure
You will manage a maximum of 3 client accounts at any point in time. Any additional account beyond the initial allocation will attract an agreed incremental allowance, confirmed in writing before the assignment takes effect.
Requirements
Minimum
2 – 4 years managing social media communities for brands or agencies.
Excellent written English — professional, adaptable, and consistent across brand voices.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
Experience with social media scheduling tools.
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating community management experience.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Zoho Applications (Socials, Campaign, CRM, Workplace).
Experience using AI tools professionally.

Experience routing social media leads into a CRM or sales pipeline.
