Job description
Prairie Community Services in Marshall, MN is seeking a part-time Mental Health Practitioner to support individuals in homes and communities, helping with daily living, coping, education, employment, housing, benefits, and health per each person’s plan.
Starting wage is $25.00 per hour. Essential duties include preparing and leading groups, monitoring and documenting behavior, communicating concerns to supervisors, and reporting neglect or abuse.
