Job description
Acenda Integrated Health is seeking an Outreach Family Partner to support the Family Success Center Program in Pennsville, New Jersey. This role will help create and facilitate family-friendly events serving Salem County communities, including Pennsville, Alloway, Elmer, and Woodstown.
You will work to build trust with families, apply Protective Factors, and coordinate community activities in collaboration with center staff and partners.
