Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional to support individuals in accessing public benefits and community resources. This role combines client support, outreach, case coordination, and administrative responsibilities while working directly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
nResponsibilities
nnnConduct client intake assessments and provide ongoing support.
n
nnAssist individuals with applications, forms, and required documentation.
n
nnCoordinate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and service agencies.
n
nnTrack case progress and maintain accurate records.
n
nnEducate clients on available programs and resources.
n
nnTravel locally to meet with clients and community partners.
n
n nQualifications
nnn1+ year of experience in case management, community outreach, human services, healthcare support, benefits coordination, or a related field.
n
nnStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
n
nnAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
n
nnComfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, and online systems.
n
n nRequirements
nnnReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally and must be comfortable working remotely when needed.
n
nnReliable cell phone and internet access.
n
nnAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
n

nThis is a Contract position based out of Flint, MI.
nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
