Job description
Palms Medical Group in North Florida is seeking staff physicians to join a not-for-profit FQHC. You will deliver primary care across the lifespan, coordinate with a team of clinicians, and participate in patient-centered care within a community-focused setting.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, preventive services, charting in EHR, QA/QI activities, mentoring clinical staff, and after-hours coverage as needed. The role requires Florida licensure and board certification.
