Job description
Pueblo of San Felipe Health Center seeks a licensed Pharmacist to deliver high-quality outpatient pharmacy services, patient counseling, and drug information within our health system. You will participate in medication management, safety programs, and collaboration with providers to optimize pharmacotherapy for residents of the Pueblo of San Felipe.
The role includes maintaining RPMS/EHR documentation, inventory control, and involvement in billing and program initiatives.
