Job description
St. Charles Health System in Bend, OR, is seeking a Community Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the community pharmacy enterprise, overseeing regulatory compliance, patient safety, and operational excellence.
You will mentor staff, manage budgets, drive growth through physician outreach and new services, and ensure performance against KPIs. This leadership role requires a PharmD or equivalent, Oregon pharmacist license, and at least five years of pharmacy experience with some leadership.
