Job description
NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat movement dysfunction, develop care plans, and educate patients on exercise techniques and adaptive equipment. The role requires a Master’s in Physical Therapy and an active Wisconsin license.
