Job description
CCSCC is seeking a Community Center Specialist to assist in planning, organizing, and supporting diverse programs for all ages at the San Jose/Gilroy area centers. You will welcome visitors, provide high-quality service, and collaborate with the Program Manager and team to connect community members with services.
The role emphasizes outreach, enrollment support, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed service, with a focus on sustaining participation and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
