About Us

The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.

At The Just One Project, we believe that everyone deserves access to essential resources, meaningful opportunities, and the support they need to build a brighter future. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who work together to create lasting change throughout Southern Nevada.

Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect you'd want for your own family.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just believe in these values but brings them to life through every conversation, interaction, and connection they make.

About the Role

As a Dolores Huerta Resource Center Associate, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our community members meet when they walk through our doors. You'll help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment where individuals and families feel heard, respected, and connected to the resources they need.

This is a people-centered position that combines customer service, organization, and a genuine passion for helping others. We're looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, all while providing the compassionate service our neighbors deserve.

Track program activities, client engagement, and outcomes while assisting with reports for the City of North Las Vegas.

Communicate with service providers, community partners, and internal teams to support program operations.

Help coordinate community activities, volunteer orientations, office supplies, and daily resource center needs.
