Job description
Community School Partnership Student And Family Liaison
Under the general supervision of the site principal, subject to the day-to-day direction of the Community School Partnership District Coordinator, the Community School Partnership Student And Family Liaison will implement the Community Schools Partnership Grant at either Anderson Valley Elementary or Jr./Sr. High School focusing on providing and assisting with the coordination of direct services to students and families and acquiring up-to-date knowledge of the grant to ensure improvement of practice in both the implementation and continued success of the program
