Job description
YMCA of Greater Dayton seeks a Sports Director to develop and implement high-quality YMCA sports programs for youth and adults. The role covers overseeing sports operations, budgeting, staff supervision, and community outreach across Montgomery or Greene County locations.
The position is full-time and exempt, with a strong emphasis on safety, member service, and collaboration with community organizations. CPR/AED/First Aid required within 60 days, and transportation is necessary for site visits
