Job description
YMCA is seeking a Sports Director to develop, organize, and implement high quality YMCA sports programs for youth and adults in Montgomery or Greene County locations.
The role is full-time/exempt, reporting to the Association Services Office. It requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff development to expand participation while maintaining safety and compliance with health regulations.
