Job description
ncgCARE is actively seeking a full-time Community Support Team (CST) Professional Team Lead to deliver community-based therapy and case management for adults with serious mental health challenges in Jacksonville, NC. The role requires a master’s degree in Counseling or related field, North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT or psychologist), and at least two years of relevant experience.
