nWe're looking for a part-time Caregiver to provide companion care every Tuesday, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Responsibilities include companionship, meal preparation, monitoring blood pressure, and providing transportation, including driving the client to and from church every Sunday (service is from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM). Applicants must have a reliable car. Immediate start available.
nQualifications:
nnWill need current CPR and First Aid Certification
nCurrent CNA license
nMust have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
nMust have reliable transportation
nMust have good oral and written communication skills
nMust be able to understand care plans and assessments
nMust have current doctor's medical health clearance to work which includes a negative TB Test
n nResponsibilities to include but not limited to:
nnPersonal Care (bathing, dressing, and transfers)
nMeal preparation
nLight housekeeping
nMonitor and report physical and behavioral changes
nAssist with medication reminders
nAssist with ambulation
nMonitor BP and glucose levels
