Personal Care & Home Health AideComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care & Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. If you have a passion for helping others and a heart for caregiving, we want to hear from you!Benefits:Training & developmentFlexible scheduleFree uniformsResponsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygieneProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAssist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationSupport clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsAssist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plansAccompany clients to appointments or errands as neededRequirements:Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Caregiver preferredValid HHA certification or CNA license a plusReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to work independently and follow detailed care plansCPR/First Aid certification preferredAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is a trusted provider of in-home personal care and health services, dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
