Comfort Keeper Position
You are applying for work with a Comfort Keepers franchisee, not CK Franchising, Inc. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.
Comfort Keepers Lithonia is currently looking for someone who can fill the role of a "Comfort Keeper" on a part time or as needed basis for our clients in Lithonia, Conyers, Stone Mountain, parts of Decatur, Snellville and Ellenwood. A "Comfort Keeper" is someone who provides in-home care that makes a difference in the lives of seniors and other adults. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Personal Care - Mobility assistance, transferring assistance, toileting, medication reminders, grooming, oral care assistance, dressing, etc.
Care Services - Companionship, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, incidental transportation, grocery shopping, errand services, recreational plans/ activities for the day, respite care or relief for family, etc.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Current CPR / First Aide certification
Current TB
Reliable transportation
Able to work weekends
Be genuinely interested in elder care
Willing to work part time hours and fill in
