Job description
Legacy Silverton Medical Center in Oregon is seeking a Case Manager to advocate for patients and coordinate interdisciplinary care across acute and chronic conditions. The role requires RN licensure in Oregon, a BSN preferred, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience.
