Job description
Milestone in Oregon City is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents with daily living needs in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personal care, assist meals, and communicate changes to the Health & Wellness team.
The role emphasizes safe, high-quality, individualized care, teamwork with families and coworkers, and adherence to HIPAA and infection control guidelines. Occasional shifts may be required.
