Job description
Tradition Senior Living, LP is seeking a caring Care Partner to join our luxury communities in Houston. You will provide direct personal care and supervision to residents, guided by individualized service plans, with a focus on dignity and quality of life.
Experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred. You will respond quickly to resident alerts, protect confidential information, and honor resident rights while supporting a warm, respectful environment for older adults.
