Job description
CARE PARTNERS is seeking a Care Partner to assist elders with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide compassionate support in a senior living setting.
You will engage residents in activities, communicate with families and team members, and help maintain a clean, comfortable environment. State licensing may be required; background checks will be conducted. Training and teamwork are emphasized.
