Job description
In-Home CaregiverWe are seeking a compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregiver with experience supporting individuals with brain injuries. This role focuses on providing personalized, one-on-one care in a home setting while promoting safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAs an In-Home Caregiver, you will:Provide companionship and meaningful social engagementSupport clients with brain injury–related needs, including cognitive, behavioral, and mobility challengesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededHelp with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication remindersFollow individualized care plans and safety protocolsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and care team membersDeliver reliable, punctual care during scheduled shiftsQualificationsPrevious experience caring for individuals with brain injuries (required)Understanding of cognitive impairments, memory loss, emotional regulation, or behavioral changesPatience, empathy, and strong communication skillsAbility to remain calm and attentive in challenging situationsReliable transportation and punctual attendanceAbility to pass background checks and required screeningsCPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOngoing trainingOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's lifeApply today!
