Job description
Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to report to the Clinical Services Director. This non-exempt, hourly PRN position supports residents with daily living activities according to each resident's care plan.
Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, escorting to meals and activities, documenting services, and promptly reporting changes in condition. The role requires CNA/DHS certification and a High School Diploma, with preference for dementia
