Whether you're experienced or just starting your caregiving journey, we'll give you the training, tools, and encouragement you need to succeed.Compassionate and patient Reliable with a strong work ethic A great communicator and problem solver Naturally attentive to others' needs CNA or prior caregiving experience is a plus — but not required.As a caregiver, you'll provide both practical support and meaningful companionship.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)Helping with mobility and safe transfersMeal preparation and nutritional supportMedication remindersLight housekeeping and laundryProviding companionship and emotional supportTransportation to appointments, errands, and social activitiesSupporting clients living with Alzheimer's or dementiaDocumenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare appFollowing all safety and infection-control policiesQualifications:18 years or olderResponsible, mature, and dependableAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyCPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving recordAbility to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred — not requiredFull-time & Part-time | Flexible hoursManagement & CNA SupervisorThis is more than a job — it's a chance to bring comfort, dignity, and joy to someone who truly needs you.Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourAssisting Hands® Home Care provides compassionate, dependable in-home care that helps individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
