Job description
Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient primary care team in San Jose, CA at a Federally Qualified Health Center. The FNP will provide comprehensive primary care, manage chronic diseases, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
This full-time role requires active CA NP licensure, Board Certification as FNP, DEA and BLS, and at least 2 years in outpatient primary care.
