Job description
Choice Health At Home is seeking a Home Health Field LVN/LPN PRN to provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes in Safford, AZ. You will assess health status, administer medications, and deliver wound care under RN supervision.
You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to promote independence and well-being in a home setting.
