Job description
Atmore Community HomeCare, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health. You will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, and home adaptations.
Responsibilities include performing therapy within scope of practice, coordinating with the health care team, documenting CMS requirements, and communicating with physicians. A valid OT license and driving access are required; CPR is preferred.
