Job description
Atmore Community HomeCare, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess and evaluate patient care needs, ADLs, and home environments. You’ll work with the care team to develop and implement plans of care and monitor progress.
Qualifications include current OT licensure in the practicing state and reliable transportation. Preferred: CPR certification within 90 days, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills.
