Job description
Omega Home Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and provide therapy services as prescribed by physicians in the home health setting.
You will guide patients through therapeutic activities, document progress, train families on devices, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to plan care and discharge.
