Job description
UnitedHealth Group’s IL Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating care with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity and quality in compliance with state laws and agency policies.
The RN will supervise home health aides and LVNs, conduct comprehensive assessments (OASIS), document visits, and participate in on-call rotations to meet patient needs. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
