Job description
Altra Homecare Group seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled home health care in the Greenfield, IN area. You will provide patient-centered nursing services in patients’ homes and ensure compliance with Indiana Medicaid requirements, collaborating with care teams to implement personalized plans that promote health and independence.
