Job description
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Home Health to deliver care in patients' homes and communities under supervision. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with physicians and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, care plan development, on-call coverage, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Valid MO or KS RN license and BLS are required; travel to various locations is expected.
