Job description
Affinity Health Management in North Port, Florida seeks a registered nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in patients' homes and communities. You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and physician.
A Florida RN license, active CPR, and at least one year of hospice or home health experience preferred.
