Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes. You will perform visits daily, build meaningful connections with patients and families, and support comfort and dignity through end-of-life care.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with social workers, physicians, chaplains, and fellow nurses, visiting different settings from private homes to assisted living facilities.
