Job description
Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is seeking a Hospice Home Care Nurse to assess patient and family needs and deliver comprehensive nursing and supportive care to terminally ill patients. You will develop and implement care plans with the Interdisciplinary Group, supervise Home Health Aide activities, and coordinate with facility staff and physicians to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
