Job description

WesleyLife seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Home Hospice as a Visit Nurse in Urbandale, IA. You’ll provide compassionate, home-based care, supporting clients and families with an interdisciplinary team.

Your day involves traveling to clients’ homes, delivering nursing care, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring conditions. This PRN, part-time role offers hourly pay in the $27.39–$34.24 range.
