Job description
Ohio Living is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to provide patient care during home, facility, and clinic visits in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
The role requires an Ohio license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with at least two years of experience. Geriatrics experience and EMR proficiency are preferred, and strong teamwork and communication are essential.
