Job description
Gentiva Hospice is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead compassionate home-based hospice care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, deliver skilled nursing, and develop individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
You’ll educate patients and caregivers, support families, and coordinate care with physicians, chaplains, social workers, and others. A current RN license and CPR are required; drivers license and insurance preferred.
