Job description
TriHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patients and families in home-care or field-based settings. You will assess, plan, and deliver compassionate care, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, educating families, and ensuring safety.
