Job description
Affinity Hospice Management LLC is seeking an experienced registered nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in home and community settings. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate families while coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an RN with current license in good standing, 1 year of recent nursing experience (or BSN with 2 years in public health/home care), and strong communication skills.
