Job description
Care Initiatives Hospice - Greenfield is seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Nurse to provide comprehensive end-of-life care, meeting patients where they are—at home, in long-term care, or hospital—with dignity and respect.
This full-time on-call weekend package involves Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 8:00 AM, with some visits; you’ll support patients and families during their greatest need and provide teaching and medications as appropriate, ensuring comfort.
