Job description
Elysian Hospice, part of Cantex Continuing Care Network, seeks an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse in the Houston area. You will administer nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary group, patients, and families, and ensure quality and continuity of care in the patient’s residence or care setting.
