Job description
Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a full-time Hospice RN Case Manager to support patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care across Johnson County. You will deliver hands-on nursing, coordinate services, and guide families through every step of the hospice journey.
The role offers Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, a robust benefits package, and a chance to grow within a mission-driven team dedicated to dignity, comfort, and connection at the end of life.
