Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Texas seeks a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure hospice patients are comfortable and to build compassionate connections with families. You will provide bedside care with autonomy to make decisions, visiting patients in their homes or facilities, typically 4–6 visits per day, and collaborating weekly with an interdisciplinary team for holistic support.
