Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Wisconsin (Wauwatosa) is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse to ensure hospice patients are comfortable and to build meaningful connections with families. As a nurse, you'll visit patients in their homes 4–6 times daily, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and exercise autonomy at the bedside to deliver dignified end-of-life care.
