Job description
VITAS Healthcare seeks a compassionate Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver hospice services in patients' homes across Torrance and nearby communities. You will assess comfort, manage symptoms, and support families through end-of-life care.
Work with an interdisciplinary team, visiting 4–6 patients daily, and educate families while adhering to hospice guidelines and our commitment to extending comfort and dignity.
