Job description
Interim HealthCare in South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead with empathy and clinical excellence in delivering patient-centered end-of-life care.
As a PRN RN, you will perform comprehensive patient/family assessments, develop and adjust the plan of care with the IDG, and coordinate services while administering medications and educating families on pain and symptom management. SC RN license required, hospice experience preferred.
