Job description
Advanced Health Care is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered nursing care in hospice settings including homes, facilities, and inpatient units. The RN will focus on pain and symptom management, emotional support, and comfort at the end of life, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring progress, educating families, and ensuring accurate documentation.
