Job description
Tabitha Hospice in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to work 8a-5p, Monday to Friday. The RN will plan, organize, and direct hospice care for seniors within the Grand Island area.
Essential duties include thorough patient assessments, care planning, coordination with the treatment team, and education for patients and families. Requires RN licensure and CPR, with state standards followed. On-site role with full-time schedule.
