Job description
St. Anthony’s Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for home hospice care in Henderson, KY. This full-time role involves planning, coordinating, and documenting individualized patient care from admission to discharge within an interdisciplinary team.
You will assess, treat, and educate patients and caregivers, administer medications, and provide leadership to LPNs and HCAs while adhering to hospice regulations and agency policies.
